Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb skirt steak or pork/chicken
  • - 2 tbsp lime juice
  • - 2 tbsp orange juice
  • - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tsp cumin
  • - 1 tsp chili powder
  • - 1 tsp paprika
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • - 8 small corn tortillas
  • - 1/4 cup diced white onion
  • - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • - 1/2 cup salsa verde or roja
  • - Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Meat:In a bowl, mix lime juice, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, and spices. Coat the meat evenly and marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).
  • Grill the Meat: Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat. Cook the meat for 3-4 minutes per side until nicely charred. Let it rest for 5 minutes before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
  • Warm the Tortillas: Heat the corn tortillas on a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side until soft and pliable.
  • Assemble the Tacos: Fill each tortilla with the grilled meat, then top with diced onion, cilantro, and salsa.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for added zest.

Notes

- For extra flavor, add pickled onions or avocado slices.
- Use a cast-iron skillet for the best sear on the meat.
