- - 2 tbsp lime juice
- - 2 tbsp orange juice
- - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- - 2 cloves garlic minced
- - 1 tsp cumin
- - 1 tsp chili powder
- - 1 tsp paprika
- - 1/2 tsp salt
- - 1/2 tsp black pepper
- - 8 small corn tortillas
- - 1/4 cup diced white onion
- - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- - 1/2 cup salsa verde or roja
- - Lime wedges for serving
Marinate the Meat:In a bowl, mix lime juice, orange juice, vinegar, garlic, and spices. Coat the meat evenly and marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).
Grill the Meat: Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat. Cook the meat for 3-4 minutes per side until nicely charred. Let it rest for 5 minutes before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
Warm the Tortillas: Heat the corn tortillas on a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side until soft and pliable.
Assemble the Tacos: Fill each tortilla with the grilled meat, then top with diced onion, cilantro, and salsa.
