Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup for smooth texture
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, corn syrup, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Once thick and creamy, transfer to a lidded container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  • Serve in a cone or a cup, just like Burger King!

Notes

  • For a softer consistency, enjoy right after churning.
  • If you don’t have an ice cream maker, freeze the mixture in a shallow dish, stirring every 30 minutes until thick.
